How do i create a ticker.

My fellow admin is updating my forum here and there, but is not sure how to do a ticker which are those announcements that scroll across the screen, can anyone help please.

u can put it in between the tags

if you'r talking about the one at the very top then he'll have to go to:
ACP > General > Messages and Emails > announcements


activate announcements and add one by scrolling down and clicking on the "+" sign
