On this guide to making a contact form: https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/contact-form-t37709.htm?highlight=contact+form written by luky it shows how to make a "send" and "reset".

ok i got everything, but for some reason send and reset doesn't work. my forum is rpgkingdom.forumotion.com could someone see if the "contact us" works for you?
