I was wondering how can I make it so that there's only underline for the links in the forum posts? Is it possible? Thank you!

Yes, only for the links. I'm using Phpbb 3. If I can't do it with Phbb 3, what version can I get in order to make that possible?

I don't think this is possible, sorry.

If the users use [u] tags, the text will be underlined.
It is not possible to take off that feature.
But you can make underlines for links.
