default language

is it possible, to make latvian language as a default language?
i ask it because in every topics' headers latvian ortographical signs have been replaced with &%@ Sad

(mby someone knows how to fix it?)

all i can do is not to allow users to use these ortographical signs in the headers of the topics

Hello.

We don't have Latvian yet, and I think even phpBB doesn't have any Latvian language pack (I couldn't verify, the server was down).

As long as we have no translator for Latvian, this language won't be available. But for now, the translation can only be done from French, and the English version of the recruitment form isn't ready yet.
