New Cat that only memebers with X # of posts see? Empty New Cat that only memebers with X # of posts see?

Can I create a category on my board that is limited to members with X number of posts? Without creating a new user group? Ex. a section that only members with 500 posts can read and post to. I did a search but I could not find the answer.
