How to change forumt time? Empty How to change forumt time?

I know how to get to the time... but idk know how to set it, all it says is GMT then a bunch of times like 1:45+7hours... I really dont know what that mean so if someone could tell me that would be great.

Thats the only way of picking times. That is your time zone. You can Google your time zone and fine out the hour and the time.
