Sometimes my forum is not accessible. Its appears followin message.

500 Server Error

if you need urgent solution back UP your forum for 1 day or for the day all your posts were there.

if tehnicians don't respond soon that's your only solution.

Yesterday i made the forum, today the whole day can't use my forum. All the time what i do is waiting for a answer.

Alright if you managed to get this far in the replies you should have come to the conclusion that the server is down and you are unable to login and if you are able to view your forum there are no user names and the postings are unaccessible. At this time while im writing this, Mine is down as well. That of course brought me here....
Like all before me it would be nice to know when the system will be back up and running again
p.s. I was scared as all get out! lol

OK, I can access my forum and people are able to post and the new posts are visible, but old posts are not restored. This should not be a problem because daily backup was turned on. However, when I went on to login to the backup authentication page earlier, I couldn't seem to login. I tried it with both the admin email and the url of the forum. Also, them admin password was changed shortly after setting up the forum so I tried both the original and current password. Neither worked. Now the backup page appears to be down. Was I not able to login because there was problems with the backup page or do I have something wrong with my login?

topics, avatars, sigz, gone! can't login as admin, cant change password, cant access nothing etc.....heard the techs are on the job(thats awesome), by any chance, have an idea when they "might" be up and running?

I am having the same problem and I too am the Admin so have ppl asking me questions that I cannot answer...I tried to fix their registration errors but I can't even get in so thank God I found this place!What's the latest?

I just managed to repair my forum back to operational order

if your still having problems:

www.forumotion.com/en/utils

if it doesnt open, keep refreshing till it does.

back up FULL data to the earliest date you can and submit or the date when the crash happened.
hopefully you should get an email verifying that something has been rectified.

the email will contain your web address, click it and log in, hey presto it worked.

for the Request Timeout errorwe still working on it! so be patient...

for information:

We are at present resolving your problems. servers had big problems causing a lot of disturbances of data base, and we try hard to make everything back to normal.
Your forums can slow down ( Request TimeOut) during about half hour, then everything should be all right.
