HTML Issue! Empty HTML Issue!

My Forum: Online-Wrestling.Forumotion.Net

My issue is that I can not get HTML to allow automatically for my users. I did the thing in the admin panel to "ALLOW HTML" and it still will not work. I went into my profile and manually did it in my preferences, and still; nothing happens.

Do you know what is wrong with my forum? I NEED html allowed in my forum posts for different reasons like embedding and such; could somebody help me ASAP?
