No Contact No Action Empty No Contact No Action

I have sent mail and pm to the admins a number of weeks ago regarding abuse of this service.
Can somebody please tell me if the admins are active here? Do they care if somebody is abusing their system?
If they don't care thats fine as long as i know i can take my complaint somewhere else.
