How do I make another thing for different topics

Ok so, you know how on this forums there is things organized like the titles are, ABOUT FORUMOTION, FORUMOTION SUPPORT and below there will be things to click to make categories, well how do I do that? The only title I have is FORUM and I just made some places to click into to make topics.

When creating a new forum, there is a drop arrow. Click and you can choose categories.

Ive done that but it wont make a different thing,

The drop menu is the first thing to appear on the create a forum/category form, just above forum name.

if your referring to the "About forumotion" That contains 'Rules & important points', 'FAQ', 'Tips n tricks', 'announcements / updates'
