Duplicate Accounts..

I'm about to pull all my hair out.. x.x There is a member on my forum, that has made 5 accounts, and keeps making them to go against the rules and to bug me and my members. I've banned every account he has.. and somehow, he makes another! How can I stop him from doing this?

Really nothing you can do. You could make it where Admin activate accounts so that you will review the account before it get activated.

Admin Panel>>User & Groups tab>>user Options>>Look for How to activate accounts>>Admin>>Save
