Creating a Skin??

Okay, well i already have photoshop cs3 and have some pretty good knowledge on how to use it. But i just got a few questions about making a theme.

1. Can somebody just let me download the default phpbb3 skin so i can edit it on photoshop??
2. And if i can do #1, then if i edit everything and such on the default phpbb3 skin and upload it to hitskin, will it be able to work on my forum??? or do i need to know how to use css stuff?
3. Oh and after i edit the default skin, what format do i need to save it as???

Just go to Administration panel ->Display -> Pics managment, then choose "simple mode" or "advanced mode" ( i prefer advanced) and then you can edit almost every image of your forum.

Making a skin in photoshop wont make any sence tho.

CSS is not nessencary unless you want your forum to be special

1. What? No. You have no make your own icons, button, navbars, default banner, etc. seperately to upload them to servimg or something, then change then on your test forum by the Admin Panel>Display.
2. Yes, it will be able to work once you downloaded to hitskin.
3. Every icon and etc should be saved as .png.
