Ok how do I allow the technican of the forum to have access to the admin panel? without having to add him to the admin group because when I do his title color changes.. HELP

Not possible,you have to admin him for him to acess the admin panel.

The only way to give access to admin CP is to be in the admin group.

If you and the member to admin group and the tech group they will have access, and should also have tech color and not admin color.

So hhaving member in both groups should solve it
