Most likely your Avatars are to big and is showing that.

The avatar size is the problem, right?
You can limit the avatar size by CSS.

Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS
Add this code there and submit...

Code:

.avatar {
max-height : 90px !important;
max-width : 90px !important;
}

You can modify the height and width as per need.

Thanks but my people need normal sized avatars

I want the messages to adjust not the avatars

I've checked it and the basic problem is with avatars not with text.
Adjusting text position may mess up whole look of the profile
Resizing avatars is the best way to do it.

nevermind switched themes and it worked solved.
