how to post an announcement

i want to know how to post an announcement on every user's profile page and also on homepage. www.funstop.tk is my forum. check that out.

You can't post an annoucement automatically on every single member's profile page, unless you create a new profile field and do it manually, but that method would be tedious. You can suggest this idea if you want, but do a search first in case it has been suggested before.

Unless you really want to use the tedious method, reply saying you would like to and I will guide you through the steps necessary for the method to work.

Admin Panel>General>Message & Emails>Announcements and then you will have a choice of all pages & Scrolling speed Hope that helped.
