Google Meta Tag Verify problem

Look it says tHat tHis is the code right? nmEv0kmeS14BgTBGN4J2FWQP/LtvwYng/l3bkjGOGZg= I Put that in the content attribute right? But then i go here and put verify-1 in and hit verify it doesnt work does anyone know what the problem is?

What exactely did you do?
You should do this:
nmEv0kmeS14BgTBGN4J2FWQP/LtvwYng/l3bkjGOGZg= -> copy this in "content" attribute
verify-1 -> copy this in "name" attribute
and save it.

I am having this problem too- Except when I go to Display-Homepage, I don't have anything about meta tags- I get a box for General, and a box that says Homepage message. I'n in advanced mode too. Any ideas?

Any suggestions on this one? I'd really like to get my page verified again. I had it once before- but it's been awhile

Indeed there's a change of ways on how to get to the Meta Tags now with the recent Update

The new way:
Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Search engines >> Additional Tag.

Normal procedure from there on in.
