On the support forum: You are just a Forumotion Member just like me.

Check at the bottom of THIS and you will see that you are just a Forumotion Member. Staff are coloured!

A particular forum hosted by Forumotion: You're on your own with that. You wanna contact a Mod or Admin on the forum to ask whether you are in a group or just a member.
