Can't change the time

I try to change the time but , can't can change
I will change the time is of Thailand
but , its time doesn't change to give me
time , at go up in the board is not of Thailand time

General Tab>>Configuration>look for System Timezone>>Look for your time zone>>Save

Profile

Preferences>> Look for time zone>>Look for the time you are in>>Save
