Announcement and Sticky Coloring

Was just wondering if there is anyway to make only Announcements and Stickys different colors for topics in post ?


Examples:
Announcement colors Orange
Sticky colors Red
all others will be what ever they are with your theme in my case blue.

I know you can Allow topics titles color by checking yes when you go to
AMP > General > Messages and Emails > Configuration > Topics > Allow topics titles color.

This way when ever you post an Announcement it will be in Orange and Sticky will be in Red.
