does someone know how to get forums in sections/categories on homepage?

i have a madden forum..but i want the forums to be located beneathe the sections/categories on the homepage.

example
http://maddenbible.forumotion.net/forum.htm
his forum has sections/categories on the homepage, with the forums located beneath them on homepage.

does any1 know what i have to do to get mines like that?
