Private Messages Problem

I have problem to send and received the private messages. Not only me also nobody can send and receive private messages. I am the Founder of the Forum. Here look what happend............

What about those images do you have a problem with?
you have to click Private Messages and Enable them.

Go to general >> Messages and Emails >> Private Messages >> Private Messaging Enabled or Disabled. Make sure it says Enabled >> Save

The icons you have circled in the pic...all forums are like that.

I did enable but there is no responce. Please is there any solution?

Are you sure its enabled?

Check ur profile to make sure
Admin panel >> users & Groups ( Tab ) > Search users > Search of you, or another users> Hit the yellow circle ( The editor ) >> scroll down and ensure "can send PM's" = yes.
If their set to "no" you ahve to manually enable it for your users

I did but still facing problem same. this pm saved in outbox.

like darren has said above make sure you have (can send private messages) set to yes in your admin panel profile. just click on your name anywhere in the admin panel
or go to user/groups and search your name. other then that if you have your pm's enabled and you have it set to can send private messages i don't know what it could be?
