Post by michael.h.o September 2nd 2009, 11:53 am

Hello

I have a question. Is it poseble to use excel og somthing like that in the forum? And if yes, then how Smile

EDIT:

I have one more question. Is it poseble to remove the "screen" that asks if you want to go back to the forum or to your reply after you have replyed to a tropic in your forum?

Thanks in advance

I don't believe you can use any Excel in your posts. However, if you allow HTML in your forum, set up some tables, and manage all of the widths and heights of each cell in the table, then you got yourself a michael.h.o-made Excel table. ^.^

For your second question, that has been suggested and asked so many times that it's not even funny. It's not possible to remove it.

Oh, well other than what I have stated in my previous post, that's pretty much all you can do. Well, that may not be all you can do; I'm not that experienced with Excel (I only used it last year in Computer Apps), but aren't you able to retrieve the HTML for the creation you make in Excel? If so, then you can get the HTML and post it in a post.

What you can do is goto a HTML editor (FrontPage RECOMMENDED) And insert a object or actiivate x control or something like that and find Microsoft Excel or a Excel Table.

Then after you view the html (ONLY THE TABLE PART THEN THE HEAD, TITLE, BODY PART MABEY CAN BE REMOVED TO DISPLAY THE TABLE).

Not everyone has MS Office Suit, so make sure you turned on your HTML for posting.

If works please reply a PM.

Btw, FrontPage are not made by Microsoft, but Microsoft has the program in DISC2.
If you have Microsoft Office Install DISC2 for 2000-2003 it will install the following:
FrontPage 2000
FrontPage 2003
If you have office 2007 disc, it will install the following:
Microsoft Expression

Hello,

you cannot import and/or export your forumotion onto, or off of front page, or Excel.

What Lozu is going to say is some complex coding, if you don't know any coding Wink
