I'm sorry for any disturbance that may have been caused by these ads.

Regarding your concerns, we have now displayed the option back in your admin panel, you can simply deactivate the ads again in :
General > forum > configuration > "Activate ads" > No

I am most grateful for the removal of those unsightly google ads and I thank you for making this happen, Typlo.

It is one thing to have to deal with them being there, but another knowing I could not even alter them (change the large font size to a smaller font like that of my forum's or re-positioning the ad to be more centrally located on top of the forum index, etc).

However, the fact that you have tended to this issue in such a timely fashion shows you care about those of us who have forumotion forums.
That is truly how one should do business!

There isn't and never has been a "no" choice (there is for new forums but after a certain amount of time there isn't).

it never ceases to amaze me how an issue can seem to get many in an uproar and start to flam,bash or dislike forumotion. But then when the problem is resolved everyone is lovey dovey and all seem to once again like forumotion.. lol. that is until the next small or minor problem. then the uglyness begins once again,the saga continuies.

My forum doesn't have the option of "no".
How do I get them off of there??
Seriously, I tried to go to ACP > General > Configuration but my only options were All, Members & anonymous, and Guest.

This is happy, happy news to wake up to.
