If you would like an image to change pictures every second, you should use an image software program and learn Via Help menu on the graphic designing software,

I'm not completely sure what he means either.
I think he may be asking if forumotion forums have an on board image uploader?


yes you can do this by clicking the host an image box above your subject box.
The red arrow in picture one will indicate where it's located.Some forums may appear a Lil different but just pass you cursor over them to see which one it is.

What i mean is.. a a Page Loading..
if the forum is not done Loading. then unable to click.

oh well that can depend on ones computer speed,connection,server.

there are also some image host that seem to take for ever to load.
like multi-pics.com forget it they used to be fats now it's a disaster. way slow.

To ware host like image shack or image-venue tend to be fast for the page loading and uploading images.

so it can depend on a few things. it can also be something like adware building up in your computer that is slowing it down. or defragmenting or even updating your computer.

so i would clear everthing run you scans and take any ad-ware etc..
and defragment. also make sure your computer connection setting are set to the best performance possible.

that's about all i can suggest but as you see it could be a number of things or just a slow image host.
