Adding a recording to a player in my forum

Hi

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice.
I am trying to add a player to my forum where I can upload my own recordings.

The reason for a player of this type is for recording speech to read poetry out loud.

I have found several recorders which playback on windows media but I need a player and code to upload these recording to my forum.
