Navigation-bar pictures

When I try to change the picture of the "You have no new messages" link in the navigation-bar, it gives me this error:
"You must provide a menu name"
but the menu name was already specified, and is gray-ed out, so i cannot change it anyways.
I'm just trying to change the picture of that link.

That option really never worked.

Try this:

Admin Panel>>Display Tab>>Pics Management>>Simple Mode>>Click on PM>>Change URL>>Save

Do this for all of them.

I wouldn't know because it on the techs side for what they want to do with it.
