Index page chat problem

Hey, we were testing the chat on our home page, and it seems to have a problem, as you see in the following picture, the image cuts off. You see the three white slanted lines at the bottom right of the dialog box? Yeah you have to drag it down in order to expand, rather than there being a scroll bar or something. How can i fix this?
