with html can create / edit pages. Go to Administration panel => modulos => html --- Here you create HTML pages

Yes you can, if your forum is phbb2 or punBB version. If so, go to

Admin Panel > Display > Templates

There you can choose what you want to edit

I have converted to phpbb2 but kept the skin the same. Will any other changes occur from version change?
