Solved adding a section under links navigation

I was not sure what to title this so sorry if it is not clearly stated. I have included a picture of an example I want to add a section under the navigation links (home, my portal, ect) to post the link to our website in this example it is in blue and has the website posted is there a way to do this? thanks again for all the help!

is that in the portal?
do you have a link to the forum? i think?I'm not 100% sure by looking at this preview?but i think that might be in as the name of a custom block?
Ho ever if that was the case i don't think the link would be click-able. so I'm not sure. the forum link or a better screen shot would help.

well I'm not sure where that would be?
i think it either has to be the name of the first category or forum?

try this.

go to admin panel>general>forums at the very top of the list just pace what you want in side there center tags

try that and see if that's right. if it's not there i have to see if there's a way to have it in as a custom block somehow? it's a Lil odd i dint recall ever seeing this like that before?

is this your forum. i mean you can find where it is by going in the admin panel.
i have tried it on my test forum but it's at the very top of the forum like the link you have?
