Chatbox prob Empty Chatbox prob

Some of my members cant see the chat box today but it was there why they joined up.

I can see the chatbox and login?

you can only see the chatbox if your language is set to english

They must have changed it after they joined

i had a look at the profiles of both members with this prob and both have english selected

Did a chatbox Mod ban them?

Check the banned members in the admin panel

No bans in the chat box. The mambers arnt online so il post back if the prob is still there.
