Forum control

i have just been into 'forum utilities' to authenticate my full admin. control and the fields wont accept me.

the forum was initiated for me but we dont work together anymore.their email and created forum name was used. i have now banned the person who created it and have renamed it. (they actually aren't interested in it as he has his own forum now ) but can i be sure i am in control.. and that it won't be taken over .. ?? can he access it at all or is this impossible..!!!?

Only the founder of the forum can access the utilities.

ok.. so does that mean he can access the forum now even though he is banned.. ?
All i really want to know if he still has any control or if he can he delete the forum even though its name has been changed?! !!

cliked 'ban member' on his profile page, the red dot, and ticked box to remove account..

Utilities can only be accessed by the founder of the forum.

i was sent the link to forum so that i could use it. which is what ive been doing and in the meantime we spllit doing things together .. i banned him .. !! and hent off to do owmn thing..!! if he has acces to utilities.. as you say he has 'cos he is the founder .. then what access has he to the forum..?? !! Smile

He can do a backup get control of the forum anytime he wishes to. Simple as that. Because he is the one who originally founded the forum.

He has ultimate power overall. You are just another user of his services. I'm sorry to say but he could just randomly shut down your forum without notice.
