I'm an admin and trying to figure out how the board works. Here are my quetions:

1. Can you sticky a post after it's been posted? Or can it only be done on a new post?

2. Is there a way to make topics that have been replied to moved to the top of the forum automatically?

I think that's it for now. Any help is appreciated!
