Solved I forgot my password and I'm not allowed to retrieve a new one

I forgot my password at my site and I'm the only admin there. The problem is that when I tried to retrieve a new password to log in, it said, "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security". I need help and I don't know what to do. All I want is to log in back into my HaK account I have there.
