Favicon problems still

Hey all I really tried to figure this one out, but to know avail. My favicon still wont show up.

Here is the code I am using:

I put it in the meta tags as well as the free field in the script generator.

I use IE6

Can it be because I have a flash banner now? Dont know just trying to figure it out
