how can i make those "pm" "email" etc. buttons goes at the right just like here -------->

Use a graphics editor such as photoshop.

Edit: Misunderstanding: Do you mean how to place that profile on the right side, not the left side?

If it is phpBB3 they will show there as default

If it is phpBB2, you must use template editing

Go to AP-->Display-->Templates-->General
