moderator/expert comittee for each category.

I am admin of a forum. i want moderator/Expert comittee for my each category. ie there are 5 categories in my forum. i want that there are separate moderator for these categories. is it possible. if yes then how?

Go to Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>Search User>>Click on that user and pick permissions>>Click that section>>Save

Do this for all the users you want.
