No "New Post" button showing up!

So its been like this for over a month now, and no matter how many times I reset the image or place even a generic New Post button it never shows up on the forums. The best you can do is move the mouse really slowly where its supposed to be and find the 1 pixel spot which you can click on.

Any ideas as to why its doing this, and how it can be resolved!?


EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out....so silly![i]
