Options/Add A Poll "+" Button not showing?

On my forum Phpbb2, while posting a message, the '+' does not show on the Options and Add a poll form, not allowing them to be opened.


Any ideas?

Does it happen with all members or only you?

I have tried it on Chrome, and Safari, still not there.

Its not only on Options/ Add a poll, it is also on anything like Accepting or declining friends request.

hey ibradley, make sure you have an image selected for the + symbol.
add one by going to admin cp> display> pics management> advanced mode>mini icons.

if you click on see examples it allows you to select one of them to use.
