Authentication required ?? Empty Authentication required ??

when i go to Admin planel it always ask me user name and passworld {Authentication required }

It is too hard to Control Forum if it always ask me " Authentication required "

PLS help me..

Hello !

Go to the admin panel > [general admin] > security > Confirm password to access to administration : [inactive]
