Hi there

Sorry for this being my first message. I've managed to sort my forum problems out in the past by searching your FAQ and related topic's but this time i'am stuck.


On my forum, www.fendubbers.co.uk

when i or other members want to select a smilie from the side bar when writing a post, nothing happens.

The problem came about a few days ago

Any idea's?

Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Configuration>>Go down till you see Misc Options>>Find Resynchronize your forum :>>Click box>>Save

You also can try and see if they need to clean their cache https://help.forumotion.com/frequently-asked-questions-f5/how-to-clear-the-cache-in-ff-ie-t22597.htm

Just resynchronized, no luck i'am afraid

Clearing the cache is for personal computer probs. The smilie prob is affecting everyone
