Solved Gallery Categories

Its probably staring me in the face, but I can't dins anything on this site about it..I can't seem to create public categories in the gallery. I can do a personal album, but not public. What am I doing wrong?

Did you do this:

Admin panel => Modules => Gallery => Management => Add a category ?
