Nav Icon not showing up in IE Empty Nav Icon not showing up in IE

Hey, sorry for posting so much questions at once, but I did most by myself at the forum. These are just minor things.
Anyway I added a favicon to the forum and in Firefox it seems to work, but not in IE. I hope you guys can help me.

Favicons do not work in IE.

they do but Its just a matter of luck.... also if you are using another domain for that forum you wont see it, it has to be the .forumotion.net url to be able to see it.
