Another option for the thanks button ???

Hiya Guy's I want to know if some how I/we could do what is done on the Image below ? it allows all members to use the Thanks button and to thank who they wish? at present it is only the original poster who can use the thanks button, but as we all know once a post has been made then other members come along and reply and sometimes the reply they make is very good and maybe better than the original poster has made, as you can see below not only does it allow for all to say thanks to who they want but it also shows who has said thanks what are your thoughts on this and why ?

Brother poll is not created user name who give vote. So poll is not solution for this problem.

Yes this is exactly wat I want !!! Thanks for putting it in the suggestions. I would be very eager to have this feature on the forums !!!

A poll is needed for all Suggestions. Plus it makes it easier for the staff instead of them having to go through counting how said yes and who said no.
