Removing background color from behind the banner?

Hi,

I did a re-set on my forum and regret doing it now.. After spending hours putting all the images back on I inserted the banner on the header. I know have part of the blue background behind the banner and wonder how to remove it?

Can anyone help? Plz?

Please take a look at www.QSOUK.com . It's the top part of the banner I can't seem to remove?

Admin Panel >> Display Tab >> Pic Management >> Simple Mode >> Click on the background >> Remove URL >> Save

Hi.....Try to change the blue border colour with white on administrator panel/ display/colours...

Thank you very much for you're help. I managed to remove the bars from the advanced menu. Sure I tried that y-day but must not have done it properly...
