Page Footer Disappeared

I tried this tutorial:

...but i changed my mind , so i turned back everithing like it was before , but now my page footer is gone!

My custom CSS style code is this:

I think its not CSS fault. You might have removed some code from the template.
Try deleting your template modification.

How to do it? And am i going to lost any moddifications?
b-sides i did removed any insered code from tutorial

If you have made any other modification, don't delete it
I think you have removed some code from template while removing the toolbar code

I've PM the whole code i got i the template.
Please check it if you have minute or two

I've checked the code but I can't find what did you add and removed!
Try uploading the footer image again, and put new URL in CSS code.
