logged in...when not logged on??

On the forum I have www.pomeranianforum.net
Many members say they Log out when they are finshed... but still they're name are visible at the foum as if they where logged in??
Up to an hour or more.
Why?

and another problem.. when you're logged in.. and go to see new topics. If you do it once, and I'm writing an answer.. I have to logg in again?? and then the list of new topics are gone?

This is because of our new update for our forums,

I don't like this one update much. ( The others are fine )

ACP=>Users & Groups Tab=>Users=>Users options=>Time in minutes before a member is considered "Offline"=>Set the time=>Save

Hope this helps. I set mine to 5 minutes, and when someone logs off on my forum, they are not seen online. If you'd like to view my forum, then press ( on my profile ) to view an example.
