Email login problems

could some one please help
i have recently purchased a domain name and received the email section that goes along with it only problem being is i cant access the accounts i goto the webmail site on the admin page and it takes me here http://webmail.forumotion.com/ i put the one in from here and i keep getting an error message Authentication Failed. Please try again.

could someone please tyell me what i am doing wrong or if there is a problem with it any help would be appericiated

You need to create a account first
Misc>Mailboxes Administration
Create a mailbox.

i have already done this and these are the messages i am getting but the link to the mailbox is taking me to a forum

Delete the older accounts you created & make new ones then try signing in. See if it works.

Right i have tried that still getting the same message and the link on admin page is still taking me into someones forum

Can i get admin access if i register, i would like to check it out?
