Solved Outbox not sending private messages.

Hi! In the last 24 hours private messages I've been sending to new members to welcome them have stayed in the Outbox and haven't gone to the Sent box. So, they haven't been received by the members. Can anyone help please? I don't think I've changed anything to cause this. Thanks.

They are in the outbox till the member opens it and then its gone to the sentbox.
