outbox / private messaging

had a couple of my users saying they're having problems with the pivate messaging function.

they say they still have message sitting in their outbox and they are not sending.

I too seem to have this with welcome messages in my outbox

Hi huntlyfc, The outbox messages have been sent , but not viewed yet by the recipients, once the pm is opened and viewed it will no longer appear in the outbox and will then appear in the sentbox. I have many welcome messages unopened in my outbox on my forum as well, It simply means they have not viewed that PM yet.

Forum members are not receiving any PMs when I send them. They are sitting in the Outbox, but not appearing in their Inbox. They are getting an email telling them it is there, but even following the link doesn't work...

I'm having this same exact problem on my forums. Members are sending me messages and I am not getting them at all. I have them check there outbox and they are sitting there but I never receive them? My inbox is half full.
