ok so here is the navigation bar:

I would suggest you make a left side button for forum because not all people have a portal and make a middle button for portal. Maybe have a button called calender as well as date and have a button saying pm and new pm.

Can you make me a resize version of this buttons? I want to use it to my forum www.carmenanon.com but it wont fit in one line.

you can always cut out the options you dont need, on my forum i have cut out FAQ and Search, so it all fits on one line, it would be 2 much hard work to resize them all sorry.
